Info: Dr. Annie Dries is a licensed clinical psychologist, providing individual, couples, and family therapy as well as executive coaching and business consulting. ‍ Her specialties include intensives for couples and therapy for individuals who have experienced trauma or have specific phobias. ‍ ART is an evidence based treatment for PTSD, traumatic events, phobias, anxiety and depression. This treatment uses smooth bilaterial (back and forth) eye movements to engage the brain and help to process out negative sensations, emotions and images that are triggered when remembering a traumatic event or being exposed to or thinking about a fear or phobia.
